All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail. We cannot guarantee a delivery timeframe due to possible delays beyond our control caused by USPS. All orders received are processed and shipped out within 5-7 business days. This excludes weekends and holidays.

During checkout, please double-check your shipping address. This includes any automated addresses stored in your browser, Paypal, Afterpay, or Klarna settings. If your items are shipped to the wrong address because of your mistake, Style by L. Thomas will be not held liable.

All orders will receive a tracking number via the email used to complete the order once orders are shipped. Please allow USPS at least 24-48 hours to update your tracking information.

If your order is within our 7-business-day period, please refrain from emailing us about the status of your order. 

Once USPS changes your order status to DELIVERED, Style by L. Thomas is not responsible if the order is stolen or misplaced. Please file a claim with your local post office. 

Style by L. Thomas currently does not offer a pickup option.

Style by L. Thomas reserves the right to cancel any order without prior authorization from the buyer.
