Refund and Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority and we want you to love everything you order from Style by. L. Thomas. If you are dissatisfied with your online purchase for any reason you may exchange your merchandise within 7 days of the delivery date. Digital and physical planners and accessories are not eligible for exchange. All product sales are no refunds, store credit only.

How do I make an exchange?

Merchandise must still have tags attached, be unworn, and with a copy of the paid invoice. Items that are damaged, smell or lotions and/or perfumes, and smoke are not eligible for exchange.

How many days do I have to make an exchange?

You have 7 days from the delivery date to submit your return.

 What items are exchangeable?

Most apparel, shoes, and accessories are exchangeable within 7 days of the delivery date. Digital and physical planners and accessories are not exchangeable. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. All shoes MUST be returned in the original shoe box and then packaged durably. Please do not put tape or stickers on the shoe box. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

 The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Digital and physical planners and accessories

  • Items marked SALE or CLEARANCE

  • Sunglasses

  • Bodysuits

  • Jewelry 

  • Swimwear

  • Lingerie

  • Worn items

  • Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.

  • Shipping fees

 

Can I get my money back?

For all returns, we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available. 

Unfortunately, if the item is marked CLEARANCE or SALE cannot be exchanged. 

Are there any return fees?

Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. 
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.


How soon will I receive my store credit?

Once we have received your return please allow up to 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued.
